No appointment, bad service

<p>I received a Sorbet voucher for my birthday, called Sorbet Dainfern Sqaure to make an appointment for Saturday, 24 September. Very excited to spend my voucher and for some TLC time, upon arrival I get told that they do not have my appointment booked... Apparently, they experienced system error earlier this week. Now how is this my problem and I get inconvenieced!! They could only assist me at 16h00 which is pointless if I made an appointment for 12h30 and planned my day around my Sorbet appointment.</p> <p>I have not called to make another appointment yet, so guess I will be losing my voucher's worth due to bad service and *********** staff and to make things worse is, apparently, this has happened to numerous friends at various branches.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's terrible that we have to settle for this bad service from Sorbet and there is no compensation from Sorbet to correct their error and inconveniece caused to clients. Absolutely disgusting!! It's supposed to be a relaxing experience to go for your beauty treatment</p>
