New Redruth Village

On the 28th July 2017 I booked for 14H30 to Sorbet for a massage and Pedi and Mani which I received as a gift, the lady that did my feet did quite a good job the vanish lasted, that was done where they do pedi than I was doing my Mani in front and another lady come in and she did not have a table so I was sort of put in the room for the massage and that is where she did my Mani, the massage was more of a back rub and not a massage, I go to immense spas and have had these services done on various occasions and the service I got from Sorbet was terrible, the Mani it lasted me one day on Sunday the vanish was out and my Mani was out, she did not put the bottom coat on the varnish and neither the top to protect the varnish, that to me is terrible I paid a lot for the service and to have it for one day, is a *******, I will never again use the services of Sorbet has that was the worse experience I ever got. I have spoke to Amanda Buck, told her that I will not go into New Redruth Village to re do it and asked to re do it at Meyersdal, she than said she would either give my money back or give me a voucher until today I have not received either or even another courtesy call, is that the service Sorbet offers, that's disgusting.
