Never had a good experience

I’m disappointed that I am even writing this email after sending a complaint more than two days ago.

I have utilized Sorbet a number of times over the past few years, I basically only have one success story. The rest are all stories of complete failure.

I recently visited the Parkdene Boulevard store in Boksburg for a pedicure. - 27 December 2024

The artist who was assigned to me was completely unfriendly and rude. She very harshly told me how weak my toenails are and basically forced me to use the Lavender nail polish to strengthen my toenails but I refused because when I asked if it could be used as a base and I still get a nail polish application on top. She said it was impossible.

When I read the back of the bottle, it was in fact possible. She either didn’t know or didn’t care to know this resulting in her dishonesty. That was just the beginning. The horrible job she did started unravel. The pedicure has chipped in less than 3 days and has been completely destroyed.

Worst experience ever…
