Need new management

I phoned Sorbet GlenGarry on the 15th April to make an appointment on my birthday, 22nd April, I made sure they were aware that it was 2 appointments at the same time for two manicures.

My friend decided she would rather want a pedicure, so I phoned by the Wednesday and changed the one appointment to a pedicure, I was told all was in order for 2 appointments at 16:00pm on Sat the 22nd April.

When we arrived at Sorbet just before 4pm, the girls working there looked very confused as they only had one appointment, seriously? How many times does one need to confirm the correct information?

They then wanted to change my appointment to 5pm. Listen, it was my 30th birthday, did they not think I had plans?????

They finally made a plan and we were assisted.

Upon payment, I gave a gift card which had R75 left on it from a previous treatment at the Tygervalley branch, the lady then proceeded to tell me that there was no money on the card. And looked at me, as if I was supposed to do her job for her. She then looked back on my profile, where she saw the price of my previous treatment. She then proceeded to tell me that it was Saturday and there was nothing they could do for me.

So, I had to give her a lesson in customer service, I told her to take the R75 from my bill and sort it out on Monday. She literally ****ed the beginning of my birthday up, this was supposed to be a fun experience for my friend and I, yet, I had to "work" for free at your shop.

Only, to find out, that this all started with the Tygervalley branch not doing their job properly.

Not only that, but my friend got a fungal infection from you guys not cleaning your utensils properly, which I now hear is actually a known problem at all your Sorbets. I tried Dream Nails the other day, I was very impressed, they were very helpful and I have no infection in my nails.
