Nails extremely damaged after soak off

I went to Sorbet Somerset Mall for an acrylic soak off as the lady who usually does my nails was fully booked. The nail tech who did my soak off filed off so much of my nails that they are red and extremely sensitive and outright painful. Besides my nails now being paper thin, the skin at my nail beds are actually raw and open from getting caught with the file. I have naturally very strong and hard nails, but they have now been filed down so much that besides how painful they feel they are paper thin.

The damage done to my nails during the 45 minute appointment is going to take months to heal and recover.

I expect better trained techs from a company as big as Sorbet
