Nail treatment disappointment q

I recently had a nail service at Sorbet Broadway on 19th Dec 2025. While the service at the branch was good and the staff seemed attentive, the quality of the nail work and products used was extremely disappointing. One week after the treatment, my nails looked dreadful, indicating poor workmanship and subpar products. Specifically, the acrylic came off on 2 nails, 2 nails chipped, and on another nail, the acrylic is disintegrating. This shows the the******s lacked skill in their techniques, leading to unsatisfactory results. I wouldn't recommend Sorbet Broadway for nail services due to the bad quality of products and lack of skill shown by some the******s. I hope this feedback helps others make informed decisions about their nail care.
