Money making scheme sorbet cresta mall

I went to sobert cresta mall,on Sunday n bought 2 suncreen (helicare ) 1 st day i used on Monday the 2nd day the product made my skin itchy n dull i called n complained n requested for a refund , the manager is now asking me if m on medication n refused to refund me .sobert is a money making scheme. They dont have a refund policy nor do they have testers for their suncreens .
