Manicure dissapointment

I went for my first manicure at Sorbet Rondebosch and was very disappointed to say the least. They happily accommodated me on short notice however the service thereafter wasn't great. The lady who did my nails was very unfriendly, she hacked my very soft nails with a nail file and then painted them so quickly. The vanish wasn't even even and had clear patches in between. I also had vanish on my hand which I asked her to remove and she didn't. When I went to pay I pointed it out to the lady behind the till who wiped it off. I also showed her the poor nail vanish and the way my nail wasn't files correctly to which which she comment that I should wait until it dries and then just file it. The vanish lasted 2 days and then started chipping, not what I expected. I will not be visiting Sorbet again any time soon.
