Mall of Africa Doppio Zero

I went to Doppio Zero Mall of Africa to have breakfast this morning. I ordered avocado on sourdough bread with a side of poached egg. When I took the first bite the bread and avocado was so cold. I tried the egg it was also cold. I stopped eating but finished my cappuccino. The manager came to my table after observing me. He asked if everything was ok and I said no my food is cold. He then went to the kitchen and came back to say that’s how it’s normally served. I said can you at least toast the bread because normally in other restaurants the bread is toasted and also the waiter didn’t ask if my bread should be toasted or not. He said there’s nothing he can do I then asked for the bill and when the waiter came with the bill, he tried to smooth things but I was had already decided I am leaving. I then paid the bill without and left.
