Low quality products and services

<p>My girlfriend recently went to Sorbet in the VNA Waterfront in Cape Town to have her nails done. She paid over R200 for gellish nails that were supposed to last. On arrival, she waited until after her appointment time was scheduled for. And the nails only lasted a week and a half before it started coming of and looking highly unprofessional and low quality. I feel that it's not fair on her to have that type of service, and the low quality products for the amount that she paid. Therefore something should be done. They promise "quality" service but this honestly doesn't look anything like that.</p>
