Lack of sanitization on sharp tools that are shared

The staff was very friendly at Sorbet Highveld mall however I’m concerned about the hygiene.

The one beautician borrowed a tool I don’t know the name of it but it’s used to cut off access cuticles from the colleague to use on my feet but it was never sanitized and I saw her use it before me. Then it was passed back to the colleague and used for the other client and it wasn’t sanitized first. This is a sharp tool that can spread blood borne diseases such as HIV, it needs to be sanitized at each use or change.
