Irene Village Mall Sorbet - terrible service

Sorbet at Irene Village Mall - My wife received a mothers day gift card from our daughter - made an appointment - received an sms to remind her of the appointment (08h30 am) - arrived for the appointment - store only opens at 09h00 - very unfriendly lady outside the shop (presumably an employee) tells her that shop only opens at 09h00 - wait until 09h00 to be told that she has no booking and that there are no gaps. No apology, no sense of responsibility for bad service. It was as if it it was her fault!
