Injured by Sorbet and refused compensation.

So I went to get my wax as usual but this time went to the Heidleburg branch. The lady ended up brusing my libia and I bled. Was in so much pain but she just said to use Vaseline. Didn't think anything of it much but a day later the pain was unbearable and I went to a GP. Two weeks of pain and torture. Couldn't pee or walk proper. Told the owner and she sent me her claim insurance details. However 4 months later after fighting daily to get responses from the insurance my claim was denied and I was told they conducted an investigation with their own Gynecologists and found that there is no legal link with their treatment.

Basically I was told I was lying and there is nothing I can do about it. I was not allowed access to this report as it was "priveledged " information. No one called to ask me what happened or symptoms but it was just concluded it's not their fault.

I'm applaud by this and wish no warn customers intending to get waxed there to think twice before they go at that branch. They walk away with no remorse or apology!

Never again doing any service at Sorbet and I will make sure to spread this feedback.
