Incredibly disappointed in Sorbet Northmead Square

Incredibly disappointed in Sorbet Northmead. I have been a very loyal client of Sorbet Farrarmere, Farrarmere Dry Bar & Northmead for 3 years for hair, nails and waxing needs. (All 3 shops are owned by the same person). I was given a gift voucher recently, which I was going to use for my Gelish treatment. For whatever reason the card did not work and sadly I only had R400 cash on me, when I needed R480. I requested that I give them the R400 and quickly drive the 3km back home to get the remainder. I was treated like a ********, and they embarrassed me in front of the other guests by insisting loudly that I remain right there and get someone to bring me the cash. How humiliating! I could understand if I was a first time guest. But I believed that after spending tens of thousands on their services that I had established a solid relationship with them…. Guess not. I asked that the owner contact me; she still has not deigned to do so. Goodbye Sorbet… From a once very loyal, now disengaged client.
