Incorrect marketing of product

I would like to lodge a complaint and ask for a refund on my money please. I bought the Sorbet Anti Aging Serum and this has dried my skin like you can not believe. After using it for 2 weeks, it looks like I aged 5 years. I researched the ingredients and turns out that Salicylic acid is used for acne and oily skin! This has affected my skin in a very bad way and completely dehydrated and dried my skin out. Not sure how this product is supposed to have anti aging qualities, if it dries out the skin. Please can you arrange a refund for this product that I bought from Clicks Karaglen. I am really disappointed and will now have to spend a fortune on something else to dry and get this dryness out of my skin and get it back to normal.
