Inconsistent Service at Sorbet Man Maine

I'll keep try keep this short. I've cut my hair there 4 times. 1st time great service great cut with a lovely drink, head massage etc. So I tried again... 2nd time, same lady that cut the first time had left and the person allocated to me made a wholesome mess, don't know how she qualified. So I didn't go for months... 3rd time, it was fairly okay, not a great cut, nothing else offered but fair, so I said to myself I'd never go back...but months passed, and I walked past as I needed a cut...Oh my word, what a mess, the moment that guy touched my hair I knew he knows nothing, I could see the errors he was making...oh my. I eventually asked him to stop after he'd really messed up my hair, and asked for the manager. Well he tried to fix it, only option was to cut it short...really short. He mentioned the various mistakes that he can see and apologized. But what does that help me now? Bottom line, service is not consistent, and there are many different s**** levels of hair dressers /barbers... yet the pricing stays the same. Anyway, found a much more suitable barber in the grove mall at nearly half the price, done a great job on my past two cuts...no coffee, but I'm there for a cut...not coffee.
