In pain after visiting Sorbet Cresta

I visited Sorbet Nails Cresta (next to Clicks) for a nail treatment, and I am 100% certain I will not be going there again! In fact since this is my second bad experience with Sorbet, I will not be going to any of their branches again. I was there for Gelish soak off and new Gelish application. The lady who did the treatment although sweet, had seemingly 0 experience in doing nails. Everything took very long, at one point she asked me to finish filling my own nails, 'as she is not sure what shape I want'?!?! (I was speechless needless to say) I am still in agonizing pain from her filling the top of my nails almost raw, and I am actually getting seriously warried she did some serious demage. I asked for nail art and I was assured she can do it, but when it came to it she told me she can only put glitter. Eventually she did something that is looking very messy and the gelish is all wrinkled... So instead of feeling pampered and relaxed I spend over an 1hr 30min being uncomfortable and one day later I am still in pain. Shocking!!! And it seems like its a trand with Sorbet. Sadly, for them, they don't seem to realise that they are not the only nail place out there. If they offer inadequate service, customers will just go elsewhere, ultimately who loses... At this point I just hope my nails recover after all this...
