I shouldve have saved my money

<p>So I decided to take my sister out for a manicure and pedicure at Sorbet dry bar in Rosebank for her birthday. The girls were friendly and nice but I saw that as we sat down, noticed that the lady who was doing my sister's pedicure was in a rush. She rushed the manicure and the pedicure. I also got my nails done but I was not even happy with the way it turned out because they came off in less than 7 days after I got them done.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>The thing that got me frustrated the most was when we had to pay they told me that they have to load my sister onto the system before we can give her a 50% discount for her birthday treatmen. It didn't make sense to me because I had just been to the Sorbet in Claremont near Cavendish Square and they gave me a birthday discount immediately upon payment (and they were basically the best Sorbet i had been to). I've been to many but I was seriously so disappointed with the kind of treatment that were given to my sister and I. I wanted to call the head office but I didn't know where to go to complain about this and my sister told me to come to Hellopeter; that the rest of the headquarters and offices would see these reviews that I have to give. Because honestly I was aooo unhappy. I'll never going there again. I'm sad to see that they are rated 2.0 on Hellopeter It just shows how much of a bad service they give to the rest of the people.</p>
