Huge cut / gash made by nail clippers in my toe by beautician.

I went yesterday to Sorbet in Kloof, Durban to have a pedicure. After 10 minutes, I felt tremendous pain in my toe. The beautician had missed my nail and made a huge gash into my toe using nail clippers. It continued to bleed profusely. The beautician dabbed it with a tissue. After an hour, it still continued to bleed. I asked for her for disinfection and a plaster. The manager place a swob onto my toe, didn't say a word and walked off. I asked for a plaster. I asked to speak to the owner. They said she was unavailable. I asked them to ask her to contact me. I am still waiting. My toe is still inflamed.
