How should the experience be at a Beauty Salon?

I had to get these feet done, because boy did they need attention!! You know when you are so excited about that 10min the massages your feet during a pedicure "that's now if you like people touching your feet" and there's this one person that keeps on talking out loud...well yes, Positive energy is always good, but I think when it comes to your clients you need to calm down and let them feel relaxed, (since life is so busy and some people go there to find peace and quietness). Clearly I didn't get that satisfaction at Paarl Mall Sorbet - Western Cape...it felt like the the******s thought "ugh let me just get this over and done with"...very disappointing... Hopefully next time it's more relaxing, otherwise no next time.
