Horrifying Sorbet Dry Bar Experience.... Don't do it ladies!!

On Friday I booked my first experience with Sorbet Dry Bar at Mall of the South. From the second I stepped in to the store, it went downhill. I had booked for myself and my daughter, which I repeated twice on the phone it would be 2 people, but they had only booked for 1. The lady said she would accommodate me after my daughter, meaning we would now spend double the time in the salon. Both of us were having the cut, blow and curls style. My daughters hair is skew which we discovered after the curls came out... MY daughter was given a blow dry and then curls with straighteners but it was getting late in the day and I guess your ladies are so very eager to rush home that my hair was quickly just done with the straighteners, no blow dry. Another lady KB I believe came to assist with cutting my hair - it really felt like she was doing me a favour. The attitude was shocking. She asked if I wanted a straight cut and I said no I would like a bit of shape. She told me they only do straight cuts. Firstly, why ask if you cannot offer anything else, and secondly none of these ladies are hairdressers!! Just given a scissors and can cut a straight (or skew) line in your hair?? There was another worker there with her children there who were all of the salon, eating and messing. I paid for an experience and it was shocking from start to finish. I paid R1400 for this treat... and absolute waste of money because we will now have to go to a proper salon and have our cuts rectified. How about a refund and you train your ladies in the salon to actually be able to do hair.
