Horrific service at Sorbet Douglasdale

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your Douglasdale salon. I requested a natural brown hair colour, clearly showed the stylist the shade I wanted, and instead, two stylists decided to mix two lighter colours that did not cover my highlights as intended. Worse, I left with pitch-black hair, which is completely different from what I asked for and absolutely not what I wanted.

Additionally, the pricing issue was highly unprofessional. Upon arrival, I was quoted a price for medium-length hair, yet at the time of payment, I was suddenly charged over R1000—far higher than the R755 listed in your brochure and on your website. Only after I pointed this out and after the staff obtained manager approval was I charged the correct amount. This back-and-forth should never have happened.

To make matters worse, I still have dye stains on my forehead, further adding to my frustration. I left the salon feeling exhausted from debating with your staff over both the service and pricing. This experience was unacceptable, and I expect an urgent resolution.
