Horrific facial

<p>So I am a long time Environ user and go to Environ headquarters in Cape Town for my monthly facial. Anyway I bought some Environ products at Sorbet and was gifted as a promotion a free Environ facial.</p> <p>Well the gentleman who did the facial hand hands that stunk of cigarettes, so disgusting, chipped nail polish and worst of all horrific product knowledge. Environ is a specialist product and in the wrong hands can cause some serious skin reactions. My skin felt burnt by the time he had finished his excuse of a facial. Horrible experience and service</p>
