Horrible waxing experience, face bruised!

Horrible waxing experience at Mall of the South! Not sure if it's the technique or wax but it was not removing my facial hair. They attempted to redo the waxing and i raised my concern that it might be too sensitive to redo. Eventually, the manager comes in, advises that it will be fine to redo, and uses a different type of wax (a roller), it was so rushed and caused quite a lot of trauma to my skin, she was ripping the sheets off over and over. I literally have bruises on my skin 2 days post treatment and and the hair is still not gone completely. I have been waxing my face for years and decided to try this branch as I was in the mall. Safe to say I will never return!!
