Horrible service at Sorbet Vaal Mall

I have been very patient with a poor service i have been receiving at this establishment for the past two years; it's either they get my booking wrong or my complaints are never attended to. It's amazing how two people who work for the same establishment understand company policy differently, which got me very annoyed.

Unfortunately this is the end of the my journey with a appalling service i have been receiving, especially with the receptionists and the nail the******s.
