Horrible service at Sorbet The Grove ( Lynnwood )

What a terrible experience, I sent my daughter to Sorbet The Grove ( Lynnwood ) to have her nails done. After waiting for half an hour for her nail technician the lady walked it with her lunch. The other staff told her that she cannot have her lunch now as she has a client waiting, which clearly made the lady upset. Nails were done horribly !!!My daughter told the staff that she is not happy with the nails and requested it be done the way she asked in the first place. The lady soaked off the nails and then refused to re do her nails, as she stated that she cannot do it the way my daughter wants is done. If a technician can not do a basic french tip then she should not be working in the nail industry. I will not be doing my nails at this branch any time soon !!The sad part is that not even a complaint on Hello Peter makes any difference in attitude of the staff !
