Horrible service and attitude from Sorbet RUSTENBURG

This is second time that I attend Sorbet RUSTENBURG where I get horrible service from them. When I make an appointment for my waxing they book it as how I want it but when I get to the store they change their mind saying they cannot assist me as they cannot book the appointment like the way I want it. They never call me to change my booking or ask how I would like to do my treatments , Thariso is the rudest reception lady and is unwilling to assist me as the client. I have been to other Sorbet outlets and I have received this treatment. They are extremely rude and do not give you full details when you book an appointment. I don’t see myself ever visiting this branch again
