Horrible service

I went to sorbet man in Brooklyn mall today to buy 3 simple products but their receptionist/cashier is slower than a tortoise she looks like she's not even fami**** with the system had it been that I forgot my car keys at the shop I wouldn't have purchased anything horrible service.
