Horrible service

I went in for a Hollywood wax yesterday at the Mall of the South. When I got home I realised that I still have so much hair left. I called them & told them I’d like to get a voucher so that I can get a wax done again today. They told me to come to them which is 100 km & I only booked there because I was visiting a friend.

I’m so upset & I need a waxing voucher at a sorbet near me.
