Horrible service

Visited the ballito junction sorbet today to have my nails done. I was shouted at by a nail technician for asking her to fix a nail. She said it was my fault that my nail was damaged. I asked to see the manager and she yelled at me all the way to the manager . Never felt so disrespected before.
