horrible service

I visited Sorbet on Saturday 19/10/2019

I went in for a full face wax, going in was perfectly fine as the staff was friendly and the service was good (the******) however the payment procedure was the problem.

I was given a voucher to use on my next treatment and spoke to the front desk ladies about it quite a few times actually and they well acknowledged.

When I paid, I asked them why is it R240 because I am certain that R240 for a full face wax is full price, they then sighed as they forgot but then just sat there and stared at me, I said "but I told you to redeem my voucher more than twice at least" and the one lady who wore black lip stick said "ya well sometimes we forget because we busy'' yet I was the only one there and proceeded to ask me "what must we do now"

I think the attitude is absolutely pathetic, what a cheek!
