Horrible nails at Sorbet Loftus

I did my nails for a fee upwards of R500 less than 10 days ago. The nails are cracking and breaking. I called the salon where I did them, being Sorbet Loftus Park,the phone was answered by Paula,I assume the manager, who told me that the nail techs work was not at fault and that I should book a fix at my cost. This isn't my 1st sorbet appointment however it was my 1st time at sorbet loftus, needless to say I will never go there again nor will I refer anyone to spend their hard earned money with unprofessional nail techs and uninterested managers
