Horrible job on my nails

<p>I visited Sorbet in Ballito Bay earlier today to get a full set of nails with a Gelish overlay. Unfortunately this didnt turn out as I expected. The nail technician did not do what I asked for even though I clearly communicated to her that I want a long set of nails. The nails came out too short, despite the fact that I told her way before she finished that I was not pleased with the length, she insisted that they would look longer and better after she added the gelish colour. That was not the case though because when she was done, the nails were even shorter that the initial length she cut them into. She clearly filled them too much. To top it off, she didn't buff enough of the acrylic as the nails are very bulky and that does not look appealing at all. I unfortunately didn't have time to stay so she could fix them as I had to rush out to catch a movie 25km away which I was already running late for. Can I request that that I get a full refund of my money because the nails I got were definitely not worth R445.</p>
