Horrible experience at the greenstone sorbet branch

I had an unsatisfactory and very unpleasant experience at Sorbet greenstone Upon arriving for a scheduled brow wax appointment at 8 am, I encountered a situation where the lady that assisted me did not adhere to the request . Despite expressing my preference for a specific brow style , I was met with resistance and proceeded with the treatment that resulted in eyebrows that did not meet my expectations. Following this disappointing experience, attempts to address the issue with the establishment were unfruitful, leaving me dissatisfied with the overall service received and the outcome of the treatment.I feel as though this matter was not taken to consideration because of my age and how young I look

Now I’m stuck with this horrible outcome and the way I look for the next four weeks before I can attempt to do what I had asked for initially

Never trusting my eye brows with any sorbet salon.
