********** service at the Cavendish branch in Cape Town. I went in to purchase my Environ skincare products to the value of R1450. When I queried about the products, they couldn’t advise properly about the brand and were very lethargic is their attitude, as if assisting me was the last thing they wanted to do. The cherry on the cake was that there is promotion where if you purchase 4 full size products-which I did- you get a free 30day trial pack. I wasn’t offered this on the day but went to another sorbet for another product and found out about this special offer. After calling them about this, they asked me to come in which I did and they then offered me a mini size product as compensation-this would have been 1 of the 5 products in the 30 day trial pack. This is absolutely disgusting customer service. If this is how they treat a customer who is purchasing products, I wouldn’t trust them with any of their beauty treatments.
