Hollywood Waxing

On Tuesday the 29th of September I went to Kolonade Shopping Center specifically for Sorbet to have a Hollywood wax done. I have been waxing in that area for almost two years now and have always been happy with the service I received. On this specific day I was not impressed at all. The lady who waxed me caused me more pain during a wax then I have ever had before and she kept telling me it was normal and that people always tell her she is good at what she does. I walked out of Sorbet raw and I had parts of that area that was bleeding,. it is now the 13th of October and i have big bumps all around that area with bruising still. I have had ingrown hairs plenty of times but I know that this is not normal. I am highly disgusted with the service that I received and will no longer go to the Sorbet in Kolonade.
