Highly disappointed and annoyed

I am totally disappointed at the quality of the nails I had done at the Northcliff branch. I took my mom and daughter for a special treat on the 14th December. We all had pedicure and my daughter had tips put on as well. Every one was excited for the treat. About 10 days after the treat day my moms pedicure color started coming off and my daughter has lost all her nail tips and her pedicure colors are also starting to come off. I paid over R1600 for the treatment and feel that I would like a refund as it is not worth the money.
