Hideous set of nails

I had my nails done at Sorbet Gateway on 10/12/2022. My nail tech app**** 3 of the soft gel tips in angle and I told her that those nails were skew, she said it looked fine to her but I asked for them to be removed and re-done.

I had shown her a set of nails that was done at Sorbet Pavillion and she struggled to get the art done perfectly. At one point I even took the brush to apply a straight line of glitter. I even advised her that there were dust particles on the nails before she app**** the top coat. There are a few of my nails that feel rough on the surface due to the specs of dust.

I had an extremely busy weekend and only noticed some of these these flaws 2 days later. There are gaps in the gel, the tips on the thumbs don't even cover my actual nail. The top coat was app**** way over my cuticles and look hideous. The gel even looks bumpy.

I'm very disappointed with the service received.
