Have to wait more than a hour

My wife had a appointment in the springs mall store on 14Des at 16h30 to do nails for our anniversary dinner.Lady at salon said they are running late she must come back in 30-40 minutes. 35 minutes later she said MAYBE in another 30minutes they can help her.As she had another appointment she had to cancel it.

Busi Dube sent a mail from Sorbet said she will have feedback from the store manager as well as the area manager on 15Des the next day.No response has be sent yet.

In future we will rather go elsewhere as Sorbet is not interested in our business
