Have finally caught on to how bad Sorbet is!

It's ironic that I have to write this because a few weeks ago I attended a talk by the marketing manager for Sorbet, Jade Kirkel, who came to talk about how much effort the company puts into 'moments' and really makes sure each individual lives the brand and provides good service. Shame to see that the brand has gotten to big for management to have any control over what happens - I used to think the brand was reasonably priced and good and have now realised it's as cheap as it is because the products are sub-par and service is terrible.

2 weeks ago I went to Sorbet Parktown North and the the****** who did my wax was unbelievably rude. I really couldn't believe how I was treated. On multiple occasions, I tried to strike up a conversation with the the****** on how her week was and she constantly interrupted me to only comment on the fact that I had shaved (which I hadn't done). Furthermore, I have finally caught on that your wax products are terrible - regrowth is really bad and my hair is darker than it's ever been - after waxing for so many years my hair should be thinner and lighter and it's just gotten worse. I realised then and there that she was trying to push the blame onto me by claiming I had shaved (which I hadn't done) only to cover up the poor quality of wax that Sorbet has - it seems as though Sorbet uses this on purposes so that clients have to come back over and over again. So sad it took me this long to catch on to this.

Will be sure to tell everyone and hope people don't fall into your trap. Disgusting that you feel you can sell such terrible products and have such bad service.
