Harsh treatment

I had a horrific experience at the Sorbet Hair Mall of Africa today (20 June 2025). I was excited to spend my gifted voucher at the store. Unfortunately, the experience was traumatic. The lady who washed my hair could not get the temperature of the water, so she repeatedly washed my hair alternating with hot and cold water. She vigorously rubbed my head. The hair dresser named Decay short for Dikeledi was extremely unprofessional. She pulled on my hair and hurt me several times with the claw. When expressed my dissatisfaction in pain, she questioned if she was hurting. My attempts to get her to stop hurting me failed so I thanked her repeatedly in the hope that she would react with compassion to my kindness but thos to failed. I finally just said my hair is fine and I left. She hovered around the cashier nervously and even waited outside to make sure I got on the elevator so that I would not return to complained. I am utterly disgusted at my treatment at Sorbet Hair in Mall of Africa.
