Hair Disaster

Had the worst experience at Sorbet Hair Watercrest Mall. After getting a full head of blonde highlights elsewhere I popped in to have a toner put on which I thought any hairstylist would be able to do with their eyes closed but that was the biggest mistake I could have made as this “experienced” hairdresser lifted my naturally dark hair orange . I left with permanently coloured, dry damaged hair. I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed and she said she couldn’t even tell where the blonde highlights were! I had to go back to brunette with a semi permanent as my hair was so ruined . I’ll need to keep colouring my hair every 6-8 weeks until the condition changes and I can put a permanent colour on unless I want to walk around with this mess she made. Totally unacceptable and I’ve been offered an olaplex in salon treatment , as if I want to step foot in there again !
