grumpy and rude staff
I have now gone in there twice in the last month to but face wash. The last being 19 dec. 4 ppl behind reception none who looked like they wanted to be there one on her cell. The others barely spoke to me rather to themselves. Their machines didn't work the first time and they made no attempt at alternative arrangements. I will not go back there again life day spa far more professional and polite.
