Get that feeling? disappointment

<p>When i received the call that i would be working for Sorbet Pavilion i was over the moon excited.I always wanted to work for Sorbet and i felt like i was accomplishing one of my dreams. That dream was soon turned into a nightmare when my ex-boss Nazeera Khan did not give me my contract and gave me an old uniform with deodorant stains on it to wear. I was expected to work my given hours( even though i was not given a contract) but employees that were friends with the boss would leave whenever they felt like leaving. We had a group chat that turned into a complete joke with my boss using vulgar Zulu words which made me and other black workers very uncomfortable. I was completely broken down when a guest i was attending to was verbally attacked by my boss. She had bought an OPI fungal treatment from the store and wanted to return it but my boss told her we don't except refunds which was a complete lie because at the induction the CEO said so himself that we accept all refunds no matter what because the guest is always important. She shouted at the guest in front of the employees and other guests, humiliating her bringing her close to tears . My dream to work for Sorbet was turned into a nightmare if you do not want to put the guest first then this is not the industry you should be in. The beauty industry in Durban needs a wake up call, we should be providing a service not feeding our ego's.</p>
