Gelish last less than a week
Got a Gelish manicure on the 21st that started lifting on the 25th, went into their store when I was in the area again, the 30th, to enquire about the time frame for gelish and whether they could fix the manicure. The sales lady informed me that a manicure usually lasts 2 weeks but that she will get the manager to speak to me. I explained the issue to the manager and was told that I should have contacted her immediately and that she can't do anything about it now. When I then said i will be using a salon that would be able to help me and fix a bad manicure in future, she changed her story and said I will have to remove my nails and they are just too busy to fix it now. Which means the first answer could have been 'I'm really sorry about that. We can help you tomorrow.' The general lack of interest and proactive customer care is quite shocking.
