Fungal infection in nails

After having my nails done (gelish) numerous times at the Brooklyn branch, a fungal infection was diagnosed in my fingernails that could only have been picked up at the salon. This is highly infectious and requires months use of schedule 4 anti-biotics. It is furthermore extremely painful due to the nailbed being sensitive and is unsightly, normal use of hands brings a risk of further damage and possible loss of nail. Despite initial acknowledgment and concern of the huge risk to other customers by head office, they now reneged and have merely referred me to their insurer, which I find absurd to say the least. All I wanted was an assurance that the necessary controls have been implemented to avoid recurrence.
