Fungal infection from Sorbet ruined my nails so badly I lost my nail beds.

Hi All, I contracted a ********** fungal infection whereby I lost all of my nail beds - from The Sorbet Branch In Gardens Centre. I was prior to that a long standing customer. I opened a claim with them and they only paid me for the doctors appointment and the medical treatment. They did not follow my doctors advice that I would need nail pulse therapy to recover my nails beds. I was a full time painter in the luxury art sector working with high end interior architects and designers. I have not been able to perform my craft and career for almost 2 years and my nails have still not recovered. This has been going on since 2024 in February. They refused to continue the claim after I had provided them with the necessary bank statements. I had signed the full and final amount meaning for just the medical costs but most certainly not for the actual claim itself. I am now approaching a personal injuries attorney based on the shocking customer service and treatment. Something they could have managed sufficiently. Instead they got my back up so badly that I now will never so much as ever step into a Sorbet branch any of them again.
