Frustrating experience with gift voucher redemption.

I received a gift card and with the physical card in possession went to redeem the voucher. I was told that the voucher had been used by someone using the voucher number. When I contacted head office for help their response was,"Sorry. the voucher was redeemed," with no explanation. I was given a voucher as a gift that I was never able to use.It's concerning that a voucher can be redeemed without the physical card. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and let down and I do not recommend this salon to others.
