I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent Medi-Pedi treatment my cousin received at your Cedar Square nail bar on April 14th, 2025, at 10:30 AM. Unfortunately, the treatment on his left foot resulted in severe discomfort, with the skin peeling off, leading to swelling, redness, and significant pain. In contrast, the right foot did not experience any adverse reactions.

I am unsure of the exact cause of the issue, but it seems possible that the chemical concentration in the water for the left foot might have been excessively high, or the scrubbing was overly abrasive or the treatment was done incorrectly. More concerning, after reporting this incident, the the****** did not take any remedial action, which is highly unexpected from a professional service provider.
