Fingers filled through the skin

Good day

I’m not going to share what franchise I had my nails done at, because this is the 2nd time I have used Sorbet’s services (at 2 different franchises) and nothing has changed.

End of the year is always an issue with my nails as my nail tech is on leave so I booked at sorbet to have my nails soaked off.

The ladies are NOT PROPERLY trained. I walked out with literally all my fingers (with the exception of my pinky) being filled through the skin and bleeding. I do not know if Sorbet train staff themselves but this is ridiculous. Last year Dec. was the same thing.

The concept behind the Sorbet franchise is nice, but service are mediocre at best.

I do however have to compliment Sorbet on customer service as all the ladies were very friendly and helpful.
